POLE RUN - Do a 5 minute warmup jog on your block. Then for the next 15 minutes, SPRINT between Telephone poles, SPRINT, jog to the next telephone pole, then SPRINT the next one. Continue for 15 total minutes. Then do a 5 minute warm down jog/fast walk.
